TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Spotify has launched a new interactive feature to mark its 20th anniversary, allowing users to revisit their personal listening history on the platform.
Called “Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s)”, the feature offers users a nostalgic look back at their music journey since they first joined the streaming service.
Through the experience, users can access personalized statistics that have not previously been highlighted by Spotify, including the date they joined the platform, the total number of songs streamed, the first song they played, and their most-listened-to artist of all time.
The feature is designed to help users rediscover old favorites and revisit music that may have defined different periods of their lives. It also gives listeners insight into long-term listening patterns, including artists and genres that consistently appeared in their playlists over the years.
All-Time Top Songs Playlist
One of the main highlights is the “All-Time Top Songs” playlist, which compiles 120 of the user’s most-played tracks on Spotify. The playlist also shows the number of streams for each song and can be saved directly to a user’s personal library.
Spotify has also added a social-sharing element to the feature. Each listening result is accompanied by a personalized card that users can share on social media platforms or send directly to friends, making the experience more interactive and community-driven.
