2. Coach Patrick Kluivert's Indonesia Record: Just 3 Wins in 8 Matches

Patrick Kluivert officially took over as the head coach of the Indonesian national team on January 9, 2025, replacing Shin Tae-yong. Since then, the Dutch coach has led the Garuda in eight official matches, with inconsistent results.

Out of the eight matches, which include four third round qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, two friendly matches, and two fourth round matches, Kluivert has recorded three wins, one draw, and four losses. Indonesia's winning percentage under his leadership is only 37.5 percent.

3. Independent Lunch Programs at Schools

At Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School in Surabaya, East Java, the ringing of the bell at 9 am signals the start of breakfast time. Students gather in the school canteen, where teachers distribute meal packages to those seated in neat rows. On Thursday, October 9, 2025, the packages contained rice, chicken, vegetables, and fruit.

This is not part of President Prabowo Subianto's free nutritious meal (MBG) program, but rather the school's long-standing healthy catering initiative. Muhammadiyah 4 has managed this activity for more than two decades. Every menu must follow the Ministry of Health's nutrition guidelines and be ready two hours before distribution. "We make sure the food stays high-quality," said teacher Farid Firmansyah.
