TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk, or Bank BJB, announced additional agenda items and changes to the schedule for its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Initially slated for December 1, the meeting will now commence on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
In their announcement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, November 17, 2025, the EGMS will also discuss the Termination of Bank BJB's President Director after the passing of Yusuf Saadudin on November 14, 2025.
The meeting was initially set to cancel the appointment of the Independent President Commissioner, Independent Commissioner, and Compliance Director. "To all shareholders, the company announces that the company has changed the meeting schedule and added agenda items to the meeting," the Bank BJB management announced.
This decision automatically cancels the results of Bank BJB's RUPSLB (Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders) on April 16, 2025. At that time, Bank BJB appointed Mardigu Wowiek Prasantyo a.k.a. Bossman Mardigu as the Independent President Commissioner, Helmy Yahya as Independent Commissioner, and Joko Hartono Kalisman as the Compliance Director.
Meanwhile, for the time being, Bank BJB has appointed Ayi Subarna as the Interim President Director to fill the vacant position. Ayi previously served as the Director of Operations and Information Technology at Bank BJB.
"Appointed as Interim President Director for a period of six months or until the definite appointment of the President Director," said Bank BJB's Finance Director Hana Dartiwan in the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, November 17, 2025.
Yusuf passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, in Bandung, West Java. The management lauded Yusuf as a strategic, dedicated leader with a strong professional track record and a commitment to company transformation and governance strengthening.
