TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The opening matches of the 2026/2027 UEFA Nations League are scheduled to take place from the middle to the end of this week, featuring major clashes such as the Netherlands vs. Germany and England vs. Spain.
The Netherlands will host Germany in a League A Group 2 match at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 01:45 WIB (Western Indonesian Time), according to UEFA records.
Both the Netherlands and Germany are under the guidance of new managers following their respective exits in the Round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup.
The Netherlands are managed by legendary former Spanish player Xavi Hernandez, while Germany are led by former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
