TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) strengthened to 6,971.95 at the close of today's trading, Monday, May 4, 2026. This number increased by 0.22 percent from the previous Thursday's closing at 6,956.80.
Although it briefly rose to 7,067.05, JCI was unable to hold around 7,000 until the close of trading. The level today is still the lowest throughout this year, while the highest level was 9,134.70 on January 20, 2026.

(HERO) PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk., increased by 24.47 percent
(FILM) PT MD Entertainment Tbk., increased by 23.95 percent
(NETV) PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk., increased by 20.45 percent
(INDS) PT Indospring Tbk., increased by 19.32 percent
(ABDA) PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk., increased by 18.22 percent
(SDRA) PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk., increased by 17.19 percent
