
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Several private companies collectively raised diesel fuel prices starting Saturday, May 2, 2026. This increase has pushed the price of diesel at private gas stations past the Rp30,000 per liter mark.
PT Vivo Energi Indonesia, through its Vivo gas station network, increased the price of Diesel Primus to Rp30,890 per liter, up from the previous Rp14,610 per liter. Meanwhile, the price of Revvo 92 (RON 92) gasoline remains unchanged at Rp12,390 per liter.
A similar adjustment was made by PT Aneka Petroindo Raya, operator of BP-AKR gas stations. The price of BP Ultimate Diesel rose to Rp30,890 per liter from Rp25,560 per liter, an increase of Rp5,330. The price of BP 92 gasoline remains steady at Rp12,390 per liter.
State-owned gas and oil firm Pertamina has opted not to change the prices of both subsidized and non-subsidized fuel as of May 1, 2026. The price of Pertamax (RON 92) remains Rp12,300 per liter, Pertamax Green is Rp12,900 per liter, and Pertamax Turbo stands at Rp19,400 per liter.
For diesel variants, Pertamina maintained Dexlite at Rp23,600 per liter and Pertamina Dex at Rp23,900 per liter. Subsidized fuels also remain unchanged, with Pertalite priced at Rp10,000 per liter and Biosolar at Rp6,800 per liter.
