The head of the Medical and Health Division of the East Java Regional Police, Commissioner Pol. Dr. Mohammad Khusnan Marzuki, said that the DVI team identified the last five bodies on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. All five matched the ante mortem data.
First, Sholihan, 17 years old from Bangkalan, Madura, East Java. The body was identified through medical DNA and property. Second is Raihan Rafa Aldiyansyah, 14 years old from Bangkalan, Madura, East Java. The body was identified through DNA and property.
Third is Fairuz Shirojuddin, 16 years old from Sidoarjo, East Java. The body was identified through DNA and property. Fourth is Moch. Defa Sharifuddin, 17 years old from Nganjuk, East Java. The body was identified through DNA.
Fifth is Zaky, 12 years old from Sampang, Madura, East Java. The body was identified through DNA and property. According to Khusnan, the East Java Regional Police DVI team received 67 body bags which included 8 body parts. Meanwhile, ante mortem data gathered 63 missing victims.
"The ante mortem data reporting missing persons is 63 victims, and the total identified is 63 individuals," said Khusnan.
As a result, the number of casualties from Al Khoziny Islamic Boarding School's collapse has reached 63. The East Java Regional Police DVI team's operation was declared complete after all bodies were handed over to the students' parents.
