TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto is summoning his Red and White Cabinet members for a plenary meeting as the administration marks its first year today, Monday, October 20, 2025. Several ministers, vice ministers, and agency heads have been arriving since 02:30 p.m. local time.
These ministers include Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar; Vice Minister of Religious Affairs Romo Syafi'i; Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas; Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana; Deputy Head of BGN Nanik S. Deyang; Minister of Culture Fadli Zon; Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf; Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs Pratikno; Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Nusron Wahid; Minister of Human Rights Natalius Pigai; Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian; Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Bima Arya Sugiarto; Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto.
Also present were Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni; Head of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) Haikal Hassan, Minister of Villages and Disadvantaged Regions Development Yandri Susanto, Minister of Trade Budi Susanto; Head of Bappenas Rachmat Pambudy; Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago; Deputy Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Lodewijk Frederick Paulus; Minister of Housing and Settlements Maruarar Sirait; Deputy Minister of Housing and Settlements Fahri Hamzah; Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri Wardhana; Deputy Minister of Cultural Affairs Giring Ganesha; and Deputy Minister of Transmigration Viva Yoga Mauladi; Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment Muhaimin Iskandar, Minister of Investment and Downstream Rosan Perkasa Roeslani; Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman, Minister of Youth and Sports Erick Thohir; and Deputy Minister of Industry Faisol Riza.
Head of the National Nutrition Agency Dadan Hindayana said, President Prabowo is expected to give directives about the government's achievements. Regarding the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, Dadan stated that the target beneficiaries of free nutritious meals had reached 36.7 million in 509 regencies and cities with 12,508 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG).
"Still on track," said Dadan when asked if the MBG program was on target.
Vice Minister of Religious Affairs Romo Syafi'i said he received an invitation to the plenary meeting related to the administration's first year mark.
Meanwhile, Coordinating Minister for Legal, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections Yusril Ihza Mahendra said, his ministry has been working hard to implement programs and directions from Prabowo.
Coinciding with Prabowo's one-year government term, the Celios research agency released a government performance survey. Celios revealed that respondents gave an average rating of 3 out of 10 for the one-year-old Prabowo-Gibran government on October 20, 2025.
In the survey, Celios used the expert judgment approach by asking 120 journalists from 60 press agencies. "The average rating is at 3 out of 10," said Celios Media researcher Askar in a press conference launching Celios' survey results on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
In addition to assessing the president and vice president's performance, Celios conducted a survey on the performance of ministers in the Red and White Cabinet. Celios conducted two different survey approaches. In the first survey, Celios used the expert judgment approach by asking 120 journalists from 60 press agencies.
Meanwhile, in the second survey, Celios managed to gather 1,338 respondents from urban and rural areas. The respondents were surveyed by Celios from September 30 to October 13, 2025. In both surveys, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia received the lowest rating. "The first position that needs to be reshuffled is Bahlil," said Media.
Meanwhile, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Affairs Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono received the highest rating, with a score of 50. Then Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar, with a score of 48, and Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti, with a score of 44.
