TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Madame Tussauds launched 13 new wax figures of Taylor Swift on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The global entertainment brand has immortalized the iconic singer's appearances during her record-breaking Eras Tour, which ran from March 2023 to December 2024.
As reported by People, these figures will be exhibited in 13 cities across four continents. The number 13 was specifically chosen as it is Taylor Swift's lucky number. This monumental launch marks the largest in Madame Tussauds' 250-year history.
According to the museum's press release, the exhibition aims to make visitors feel as if they have stepped onto the stage during Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. A team of over 40 artists meticulously crafted the wax figures over a period of 14 months. The 13 figures showcase impressive stage appearances from the tour that will be instantly recognizable to fans.
Photos released on the launch day featured Madame Tussauds figures in Hollywood, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, and Nashville, celebrating Taylor's five most beloved album eras:
The Speak Now wax figure is displayed in Hollywood, wearing a specially recreated purple Nicole + Felicia party dress featuring a tiered ombré tulle skirt.
In Las Vegas, the Fearless figure is adorned in a mini Roberto Cavalli dress with gold fringes, previously worn by Swift and specially recreated by the designer.
The Midnights figure takes center stage in New York City, featuring Swift's colorful tinsel jacket and a dark blue Zuhair Murad jumpsuit, both recreated by Madame Tussauds' studio artists.
Orlando hosts the reputation figure, complete with Swift's iconic black sequined Roberto Cavalli catsuit with red snake embellishments and matching Roberto Cavalli boots, all meticulously recreated by the fashion label.
Nashville is home to the evermore wax figure, dressed in a replica of a stunning mustard-colored long dress from Etro.
The remaining figures will be exhibited at various Madame Tussauds branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Budapest, Hollywood, Hong Kong, London, Sydney, and Blackpool, England. Each will feature different replicas of Swift's styles from her global Eras Tour throughout 2023 and 2024, ranging from the iconic glitter leopard print of the Lover era to the white dress from The Tortured Poets Department.
Billboard reports that the 13th Swift figure will initially debut at the Madame Tussauds location in Shanghai before moving to various other locations.
Madame Tussauds Global Brand Director, Laura Sheard, stated that the phenomenal success of Swift's record-breaking tour presented the perfect moment for Madame Tussauds to immortalize it with 13 figures across four continents, ensuring they reach as many fans as possible. "We just know they are going to love it as much as we do," Sheard added.
Madame Tussauds' first wax figure of Swift was unveiled in New York in 2010.
