TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) of PT Astra International Tbk has approved the resignation of several commissioners and directors from the company with the ASII issuer code.
"Accepting the resignations of Mr. John Raymond Witt and Ms. Hsu Hai Yeh, both as commissioners of the company," said President Director of Astra International Djony Bunarto Tjondro in a written statement on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Djony stated that John Raymond Witt and Chiew Sin Cheok have reached retirement age. He also expressed his gratitude for their contributions to the company.
The EGMS was held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Apart from approving the resignation of two commissioners, the shareholders agreed to the replacement of Chiew Sin Cheok on the board of directors.
During the meeting, the shareholders officially appointed three new leaders. They are Lincoln Lin Feng Pan as a company commissioner, Lee Liang Whye as a company commissioner, and Hsu Hai Yeh as a company director.
