TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Manufacturing company PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) has announced the distribution of interim dividends amounting to Rp11 per share for the 2025 fiscal year, with a total payout of Rp600 billion.

Head of Investor Relations at Avian Brands, Andreas Hadikrisno, said the dividend distribution reflects the company’s solid financial performance, supported by Rp5.9 trillion in sales during the first nine months of 2025. Over the same period, AVIA booked a net profit of Rp1.18 trillion, with a net profit margin of 20 percent.

“The decision to distribute dividends takes into account the company’s working capital requirements, share buyback plans, routine and expansion capital expenditures, as well as business development needs,” Andreas stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday, November 3, 2025.

He added that the dividend payout underscores Avian Brands’ commitment to delivering value to shareholders while maintaining strong profitability.

The company’s return on assets (ROA) in 2024 reached 15.0 percent, and its return on equity (ROE) stood at 17.3 percent for the same period.

Over the past four years, AVIA has consistently distributed more than 80 percent of its annual net profits as dividends.

“Avian Brands remains optimistic about sustaining long-term growth and strengthening its position as a market leader,” Andreas said.

The schedule for the interim dividend distribution is as follows:

  • Cum Dividend (Regular and Negotiated Market): November 11, 2025

  • Cum Dividend (Cash Market): November 13, 2025

  • Record Date: November 13, 2025

  • Dividend Payment: November 20, 2025
