TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) will hold a housing expo from August 27 to 30, 2026. The Danantara Housing Expo will showcase a selection of more than 200,000 residential units from developers partnered with state-owned and private financial institutions.
BPI Danantara Chief Executive Officer Rosan Perkasa Roeslani said prospective home buyers can explore a variety of housing options and access financing alternatives tailored to their financial capabilities.
"These homes are also designed to be affordable for the public with more attractive interest rates and better payment mechanisms," Rosan said in a written statement on Monday, August 3, 2026.
The housing units offered cater specifically to both low-income and non-low-income communities. The financing schemes include down payments starting at 1 percent, interest rates or margins beginning at 2.75 percent, loan terms extending up to 30 years, and flexible installment plans.
According to Rosan, addressing homeownership challenges requires more than simply increasing housing stock. Collaboration among state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in property, financing institutions, and developer partners is expected to broaden public access to affordable housing.
"This cross-sector collaboration is crucial so that people no longer face a complicated process when taking the first step toward owning their first home," Rosan said.
The exhibition forms part of Danantara's strategy to support the 3 million homes program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto. Low-income groups will be offered schemes under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP), providing affordable credit options matched to applicant financial profiles.
