Solo Mayor Respati Ardi confirmed the Dutch Queen's visit to the city of Bengawan. He explained that Queen Maxima will first visit Sragen before coming to Solo.
"She is scheduled to land at 10:00 a.m. and will head to Sragen before coming to Solo," Respati said when met at the Solo City Hall on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Respati mentioned that Queen Maxima's Solo agenda includes lunch at Pracima Tuin Pura Mangkunegaran and a visit to Kampung Batik Laweyan. "In Solo, her agenda is only two points: lunch at Pracima and a visit to Kampung Batik Laweyan in the afternoon," he said.
Respati said the presence of international figures like Queen Maxima demonstrates that Solo is increasingly becoming a destination for global-scale events. According to him, maintaining Solo's reputation is not easy and is a responsibility that must be continued from the previous leadership.
"Yes, this is my duty, and it's certainly not easy to continue from Mas Gibran's previous leadership to ensure its preservation. We continue to engage tourism stakeholders," he said.

As reported by the Royal House of the Netherlands website on Monday, November 24, 2025, Queen Maxima will arrive in Indonesia on Monday evening and will remain in the country until November 27, 2025.
Queen Maxima is visiting Indonesia in her capacity as the Special Advocate of the UN Secretary-General for Inclusive Finance for Development (UNSGSA). During her visit, she will hold discussions with various parties, including financial service users, government representatives, financial institutions, and stakeholders in the fintech sector.
